Friends Pablo and Danilo and their families made Calhoun their home. Their first business in their new hometown began with a simple hope: to add something meaningful to the community they had chosen. Le Brulée is a place to share good food, enjoy thoughtfully prepared drinks, and feel welcome at the table.
Travels around the world shaped the flavors and everyday rituals that inspired them. Food was central to that inspiration: the pleasure of a flaky pastry, something warm and savory, or a new flavor worth sharing. They wanted to bring that spirit to Calhoun, with a European influence and room for the wider world on the menu.
More than a meal, they hope each visit becomes a moment to remember—a favorite bite with family, a conversation with a friend, or a peaceful pause in a busy day. Faith inspires the way we care for people. Our invitation is kindness, and people of every background, belief, and story belong here.

Travel inspires the table.
Our menu brings the inspiration of travel to the table: European-inspired pastries, Argentine empanadas, Brazilian pão de queijo, and familiar favorites with something new to discover. Food gives us a way to share a little of the world with Calhoun—and a reason to sit down together.
Quality begins with what we choose, including croissants imported directly from France and Italian pistachio cream. We value the flavor, texture, and character those ingredients bring to a bite, and the small details that make it worth coming back for.
Thoughtfully crafted coffee, tea, matcha, and signature drinks complete the table. Pair something sweet or savory with your favorite drink, share a taste with someone you love, and take a little time to enjoy the moment.

Our menu and ingredient choices were developed with a dietitian alongside Pablo and Danilo. We choose food for its flavor, texture, and the pleasure it brings to the table. Croissants imported directly from France and pistachio cream from Italy give familiar favorites a sense of place—and make a shared treat feel special.
Pistachio Croissant
Flaky pastry filled with pistachio cream from Italy, finished with crushed pistachios and powdered sugar. Rich, nutty, and lovely to share with someone who wants a taste.
Nutella Croissant
A buttery croissant with rich Nutella and fresh strawberries. A familiar chocolate-hazelnut favorite, a little brightness from the fruit, and a reason to linger over the last bite.
What’s in the name?
The little layer that changes everything.
Brulée evokes a crisp, caramelized finish—the little layer that changes a whole bite. Our name reminds us to pay attention to the details: the ingredients we choose, the way food reaches your table, a carefully prepared drink, and a greeting that makes you feel at home.
That care extends beyond the plate. We want inviting seats, an unhurried atmosphere, and thoughtful service to make room for the moments that matter: families sharing a favorite treat, friends catching up, and neighbors getting to know one another. A visit may begin with coffee or a pastry; our hope is that it leaves you with a memory and a feeling of belonging.

The town we’re glad to call home.
Calhoun grew around the Western and Atlantic Railroad and was incorporated in 1852. Today, its historic downtown brings together locally owned shops, restaurants, arts, and community events.
That mix of local character and places to discover makes Calhoun a natural home for Le Brulée. We hope a delicious bite and a welcoming table give neighbors another place to gather—and visitors a reason to linger, explore downtown, and support the businesses around us.

At 710 South Wall Street, Le Brulée is giving a long-vacant building a new chapter. After it stood empty for 13 years, bringing life back to this space became part of our investment in the town our families now call home.
Our hope is to become a local staple—a place neighbors can return to for food worth savoring, carefully prepared drinks, and time together. We also want to give travelers another reason to stop in Calhoun, explore downtown, and discover its shops, restaurants, and small businesses. By welcoming both neighbors and visitors, we hope to contribute to a lively local economy and positive growth for the community around us.
