a little something delicious.
Waffles, fresh salads, savory toasts, and pastries make room for morning favorites, slow lunches, and sweet little breaks. We choose ingredients for the flavor and character they bring, including croissants imported directly from France and Italian pistachio cream.
Find a favorite, share something new, and settle in indoors, at the front bistro tables, or on the rear patio.
Berry Bliss Waffle
Fresh berries, whipped cream, and a little sweetness.
Strawberry Avocado Toast
Rustic toast, fresh strawberries, and crunchy nuts.
Burrata Salad
Creamy burrata, arugula, tomatoes, and balsamic glaze.
from around the world to calhoun
Friends Pablo and Danilo and their families made Calhoun their home. Food and everyday rituals discovered on travels around the world inspired them to create Le Brulée—a gathering place with European influences and flavors from farther afield.
They wanted to add something lasting to their new hometown: good food to share, carefully prepared drinks, and a warm welcome for neighbors and visitors alike. A pastry with family or a meal with a friend can become a memory; that is the feeling they hope to bring to every table.
A cup for your quiet moment
Thoughtfully prepared coffee, a favorite drink, and a little time to yourself. Find a comfortable seat and let the day slow down.
